Many comments displayed on websites are lengthy and detailed; they have usually been carefully composed in response to a request for a testimonial.
The comments below are shorter - and to me infinitely sweeter - because every single one of them has been written not in response to a testimonial-request from me, but as a spontaneous reaction to the work I've done.

I was absolutely bowled over this morning to receive an enormous and quite beautiful bunch of creamy white roses and lilies - which have yet to bloom fully, so will give me lasting pleasure.
